Whats up w the power grid in LA? MS has been getting hammered w sleet, snow, & freezing rain for over 24 hours & there is currently 1868 power outages in the whole state.

Getting pretty good freezing rain mixed with sleet at my location north of Birmingham. Temp down to 24.

Oh damn, you’re right. If that verifies, there could be a bit of a significant icing situation. I’m already covered in a layer of ice over here and it’s still misting pretty good.

Honestly no telling at this point. I would say majority of airline would be open but who knows at this point

I’ve got some misty snowflakes here as well right now. It’s not sticking and is very whimsical but it’s definitely flakes.

hm, actually yes it does look like it changed over to extremely light flurries

not too long ago i was looking at a mist outside, really did look like flurries
