Regardless, I am very happy that he is gone.
I personally believe in the "Peter Principle" when it comes to coaches. Matt House reached his level of incompetence.
He needs to go back to being a position coach. He doesn't have what it takes to be a coordinator.

I liked the Kelly hire. Still do. Still think he will get us to where we all want to get because he ultimately came here to win one or 2.
BUT, it makes me scratch my head that he was even considering retaining House up until the bowl game. If those rumors were true.
Nonetheless, house is now gone. Hopefully the rest of the D staff is filled with recruiters who can develop, then we start getting dogs on D again. Bringing back that lsu swag on that side.
