Agree with Irregardless that it depends on the meal, but if I were only eating a salad (which will likely never happen), I'd go with Greek, Caesar, then wedge.

On average, Caesar.
If it's the one from Albasha, then Greek.
If it's a really high quality chunky blue cheese then wedge.

If the salads are all prepared excellently, the Greek gets my vote. Wedge is the easiest not to screw up.
