As best I can tell I totally agree. I don't understand the hate, besides just people looking to be outraged

Mr Beast 100 wells is disrespect to Africans - He described the entire Africa as a village with its people living in huts - He projected that all Africans lack good drinking water - Wells in 2023 is offensive; why not boreholes or pipe-borne water? - Africans do not need water donation; we ain't that poor and thirsty. - Africa is a continent with 54 countries: he must be specific where he went - This is capitalism; he wanna low-key use these countries for protit - He has set Africans for global ridicule by building wells we never asked him

So, humans originated in Africa and they still can’t get access to clean water until some YouTuber shows up? Yep. Definitely racist!

Is it really charity if you do it for clicks, likes, and shares in an effort to make ad revenue?

More money made for him also means more money he can give to the numerous charities he has given too

Would you rather these people not be helped at all?

Do people still get helped?

Would you rather Google keep that money or people get helped because Google gives that money to Mr Beast for video views?

This rabbit hole is funny, because if you take it to the nth degree, you'll always run into the fact people do charity because it makes them feel good in some way, shape, or form. True charity that the person gets absolutely no benefit in any way, shape, or form just does not exist in the real world.

In other words, she wasn't doing it to help others. She was doing it to make herself feel good.

Gen z kids hate white people and don’t think African Americans can survive on their own.

Initially, I was torn over this guy, thinking similarly to you. However, he dumps a crap load of the money his videos generate back into the projects he works on. As a rule, I don't care for the "look at me" nature of some people's charitable efforts. It is off-putting. Mr. Beast seems to have found a loophole of sorts in this social-media-driven world we live in that allows him to get shite done.

Do I like the unashamed clickbaitiness of his videos? Not at all, but he's been successful in his goals. Hell, I got tickled when he invited Brian Shaw, of all people, to do a collab video. He had Shaw deadlift a car a few times and then gave him a brand new Mustang just for showing up. Shaw didn't need or want the car, he couldn't even fit in the thing, and probably sold it before getting on his flight back home. It was all for the clicks, which drives his charitable efforts, just like the "I Cured [so many people's] Blindness" title of one of his videos. He paid for some folks to have cataract surgery. Some morons out there, though, believe he actually, legitimately "cured blindness".

Mr Beast claims his vision is to profit off YouTube only so he can give back more. He lives very modestly and doesn't care about material possessions. He claims his goal is to give back everything he owns.

He’s worth around a billion dollars and drives an old Honda and lives in a one bedroom apartment from what I've heard

Pretty amazing really. Our church has built wells in partnership with private organizations in Ghana for many years. We're up to about 20 and depending on the type of well needed for the area, they are not cheap.

So her whole objective is to get clean drinking water to poor Africans, correct?
A noble cause. Now that this has been archived she should be grateful that he has helped half a million African get this needed water.
Instead she is upset that someone else is getting all the attention?
So was her goal REALLY to help or was it just to be RECOGNIZED for helping?
