No way. It wouldn’t be very Christian if I did…and I haven’t. Individuals have to come to know and love God on their own. I just try to show by my example that I could have never made it through this crazy, free-will world without my relationship with God.

agreed, they're hypocrites
Granted I don't have as much experience with other religious faiths but I have to say the hypocrisy of the diehard Christian is what drove me to agnosticism.

I am genuinely interested in your perspective. Would you say you’re now agnostic because you were burned by Christians and don’t want to attend church with them or you feel you’re unsure God exists because of the actions of his followers?

maybe I'm not agnostic. I believe in a "God" if you will, I have just lost all faith in religion or attempts to worship that "God." in an organized way.
I don't really know the best way to describe it and I know it's anecdotal but like the most religious people in my life almost to the number would never bend over backwards to help a person they deemed "unworthy" and I know so many other non-religious people who consistently prove to be more forgiving, empathetic, supportive, loving of other humans who don't fall lock step in line with their beliefs.

I get that. I’d just encourage you not to throw the baby out with the bath water. Don’t give up on God because the sucky people he came to save often times are crappy. Christ got frustrated with his disciples often for their lack of ability to see the things that really matter. Even if you don’t attend an organized church service, try meeting with a small group to study and grow. Peace.

I really don’t care. Besides a funeral or wedding, I haven’t set foot in a church since senior day 18 years ago. The only reason I went then was because my Nanna asked me to. Do I believe in a higher power? I don’t know, but I do try to live my life with integrity and by the golden rule.

Science has proven that actions are determined prior to our knowing a decision was necessary and certainly before we act on that knowledge. Brain activity acknowledging necessary action precedes brain activity directing that action. We can control that action, we have no control over the brain determining the action is necessary. Free will is a delusion.
