I hear more and more people saying they’re never getting another Covid jab or will never get a Covid jab as more mistrust and loss of confidence regarding the vaccine grows.

But what about other vaccines? I’m hearing more people are forgoing the flu shot. And more people seem to be voicing caution over other marketed vaccines like the shingles vax and the meningitis vax. I used to hear a lot of parents talk about getting their kids vaccinated for meningitis. Now I’m hearing the opposite, that they have concerns over it and wouldn’t get it.

I assume it will take time to see the data trends on this question but…

Has the Covid vaccine damaged people’s confidence in not only that vaccine, but in other vaccines as well?

Yes, and that’s a good thing. People are more educated now about vaccines and how they damage the body.

I’m not getting that crap , and I’ll never get a new vaccine they may come out with in the future unless it has been tested like the polio vaccine was .

Do you think it has damaged US medicine reputationally within the industry itself? I can only assess this from outside the industry, but anecdotally (a few friends and a brother) it seems to have.

Probably.

Every major institution is suffering from a trust and integrity standpoint . I don't know anyone personally who trusts the FBI, DOJ, IRS, Gaslight Media, intelligence agencies, judicial system, etc.

This ^^^ is not the fault of the American people, these institutions brought this lack of trust and integrity on themselves

I'm not sure what you're asking.

Collegiality and relationships within medicine are not particularly affected. Medical respect for government systems CDC, NIH, etc were/are appropriately damaged.

I'll use my brother as an example. PhD in medical physics. Has led a department at a research hospital for 30 years. Before Covid (and even during the first few months of the pandemic), he believed the medical industry was "different" - was virtuous and uncorrupted in ways (or degrees) other industries were not. He no longer sees his industry that way.

Yes. And this was foretold early in the pandemic by reasonable public health officials.

Basically public health policy is built on trust and if you violate that trust with Orwellian policy then we regress.

Coviodiots didn’t listen.

Yes. And the entire Medical Industrial Complex as a whole, in my book anyway.
Most of the doctors I've met and all of the nurses I know are decent people, just trying to make a living and help people. But the machine they work for.. I no longer believe IT gives any fricks about our health. Pharma/FDA/CDC is driving that bus now. Treating symptoms and pushing meds, subscription model.

I had to get a PCP when I was setting up my hernia operation last December. Now the little punk wants to see me every 3 months so he can sell me more meds, tried to get me to take a handful of antidepressants because my wife had cancer.
Yes, I was/am depressed.. my wife was dying/has now passed.. but I didn't ask for them, he was pushing them. There are no shortcuts to grief. Doping me up and I wake up in 10 years still grieving doesn't help me at all.

Piss on the industry and their subscription model. If I need you I'll call you, otherwise leave me tf alone.

Yes. Who is going to trust them anymore? Get the flu shot—oops we gave you the COVID vaccine as well. I haven’t got the flu shot since COVID vaccine came out and dr. keeps harping on me to get shingles vaccine but currently not interested.
