Interesting that he had enough post season appearances for us to assess how good of a post season coach he is.
I can't tell you if Trent or Johnny or McMahon is a good post season coach cuz they never made it there.
I also disagree that he was a bad post season coach but my point is that he was in the post season every year which was a huge leap from any other coach we have had since at least Brady if not Dale.

Trent would have been a winner if he could sign guys half as good as McMahon has. On the other hands McMahon would have us undefeated if he could coach like Trent. They’re both awful in their own special way <3

McMahon hasn’t made it and probably will never here. The other two each made it once (1-2 combined record) while Wade made it every year except his first and had a winning record in the post season.

We need a new basketball coach, that's for sure, but a school with an athletic department as elite as LSU can do better than Wade.

The fact that there are STILL people on here whining about Wade shows you just how f**ked up most of these peoples lives are. It is mind boggling. And I was a Wade fan BTW.

Yeah, I can remember when making the Post Season tournament was the measuring stick/goal of most fans for the basketball program.
When Wade does it every year, its the mark of a mediocre Coach.
Now, beating Nichols is an accomplishment.
Give the Man a raise, and a contract extension, if he finishes above Vanderbilt.

If you can’t understand why people are upset about firing a coach who had us in the top 5 of the SEC and in the NCAA tourney every year over a 10 game suspension and 1 or 2 scholarship losses for a couple years in favor of what we have now it says more about you than the actual fans.
