I got the flu shot, but not the COVID, and caught COVID.
Sucked the first couple of days but was completely back to normal in a week and a half.

I haven’t take the flu shot since Covid became a thing. Didn’t take the Covid shot either.

I have received the flu shot this year. Been ok thus far.
I’ve noticed coworkers out with the flu and some kids at the elementary school.
I’m a proponent of the flu shot.
COVID shots and the shisters that peddle it can go to hell.
Fun Story: Does anyone remember that very late flu wave in like 2018? I made it thru the entire winter and caught it in March after my (everyones) immunity wore off.
Fun Story II: In Summer 2019, I heard Australia was having a very bad flu season, so I loaded up on NVAX stock in September only to sell it at a loss in December 2019.
Boy, I sure wish I had a crystal ball.

I suggest you just completely avoid all western medicine forever, you obviously don’t need it.
Just exercise and stay outside

I caught the flu before I got around to getting a flu shot so I’m just going to roll with my immune system the rest of this season.

They typically don’t know until the end of the season because they are usually a few dozen varieties or strains of the flu virus that exist when they go to make the vaccine and they can’t only do vaccine for a few strains so they make their best guess. Recently they have been guessing incorrectly because we have had a lot of different strains and the later flu seasons have really screwed them up. They are doing all this in the Summer.
This year with the early flu outbreaks, the vaccine should be much more effective. However, say the dominant flu virus right now are D E and F. But due to weird weather let’s say in March April it’s still around and dominant strains are then A, B, and C. The flu vaccine would both be effective and ineffective in same year.
The shot is cheap or free, if you pure bloods don’t want to take it, then don’t. Don’t take any vaccines. I would suggest you just completely opt out of western medicine totally. You live or die with your pure blood super immunity. It’s Darwin’s law either way

I got it. My 1.5 year old got it.
My wife and 3 year old had the flu. I did not. My 1.5 year old did not.

I’ve seen about a dozen cases of confirmed influenza in the office, both A and B.
Of them, one was vaccinated.
Please be sure you understand relative risk reduction, absolute risk reduction, and sample size bias before drawing any hard conclusions from that estimation of my observations (I am not keeping an official tally or going back to look).

my deddy got the flue shot and 7 years later he had a hart attack and died after 3 days in the hospital. I wouldn't get one for a millions dollars

We all got the flu shot this year.
It's running through kids school and my daughter's basketball team.
I will say my son was down for about a day and a half and my daughter was down for about half a day.
Do with that what you will.

You should be thankful for those 7 years.

I got the shot.
I got the flu, with mild symptoms.
One doctor told me it was too far along for Tamiflu to help.
Another dr. prescribed it.
I took it.
Had the flu for one day.

I would not be shocked at all if the flu shot these last couple years is just the covid shot in disguise
I'm sure there are a ton of people who would never get the covid shot but will get flu shots because they always have
Easy way to force that part of the population to get the covid shot against their will

Did you all have to kill innocent people at the agency too?

Are you serious?
I would not be shocked to see a measles, mumps, or rubella outbreak soon, due to folks extrapolating their feelings of the Covid vaccine to other proven vaccines. I miss the good old days when we all thought Jenny McCarthy was dumb. For some reason, anti-vax beliefs have moved from the far left to the far right over the past 15 years or so.
