The playoff doesnt start tomorrow so your hypothetical is pointless. They get their backup back by the times games happen.

Thanks God for letting me know that. If this is the case don't even have a damn playoff. Just do it like back in the day and pick a champion before the bowl games.

Guess they should let Vegas set the odds in mid-August and whoever they think is best can just play a 4 team tournament then.

With this mentality why have a season?
Determine every game with a Vegas line, simulate the season and crown a champion.

It's stupid. If they won this game ugly with Jordan Travis, they'd still be in without a doubt. But instead, they're going to be punished for a 13-0 season in which they won their last 2 games without their star QB. 
Frankly I think they should be rewarded and not penalized for winning games without him. The defense has had to step the frick up to account for the loss of Travis and they've done it twice. I mean they're on a 3rd string freshman QB who had less than a week of practice. You assume they'll go back to Rodemaker and have 3 weeks of practice to get the offense in sync.

FSU will be a much better team with the backup QB in the playoffs, He is only out due to concussion protocol. It will be impressive if FSU wins on the big stage with all the pressure with a true freshman QB making his first start. Tonight FSU is totally one dimensional with Louisville knowing it.

It would be incredibly unfair, but in a system designed with built in subjectivity, is definitely on the table.
It's also the last year of the 4 team playoff, which for a few reasons almost welcomes this kind of controversy.
I'm 51% to the side that they frick FSU. They are begging for a Louisville win right now, I can guarantee that.
