He’s been working the phones , just hasn’t been coaching seems like he does plan to return if he’s still recruiting. Saw someone say he was at the game Saturday

That's awesome news. Really hope to get him back in the fold as long as he's heathy and ready!

There are plenty of instances of players getting more than 5 years.

Yes, but that post was accurate. He has 1 year left by rule. There is no way to account for appeals, waivers, etc.

Could he get another year or two? Potentially.

If he really only has one more year, he needs to be going somewhere where he is guaranteed to play, like a G5 or even FCS. If he is good, it won't matter where he is.

But if he goes to LSU or Texas and sits the bench a year, he's toast.

Pretty sure he has been toast for a while. I'd be shocked if lsu or texas offered him

He would take the scholarship of a Tygee Hill, Bryce Langston or the like
.

Why you shitting on redshirt freshman and sophomores? I guess throw Fitzgerald West on the list too. All jokes aside, we don’t know if guys like Bryce and Tygee will contribute at this point.

Article about him from the summer

Seems like he’s worked to get his life together. I checked out his team—6 and 1, he’s their sack leader.

Let me add that Alfano claimed a Texas offer earlier this week. Texas people don’t think that to be true.

Take.
1 year to into a grove and get heathy
1 year to play in spot duty
1 year to ball
4th year draft or in case of injury

He will literally be a man among boys

How many years of eligibility do you think a guy that started his college career in 2019 has left?

Any dlineman who sits the bench is not going to the NFL anyway.
