I have ED from looking at porn too much. This is awful. Im only 37.

I can’t believe I’m actually posting about this or having ED, but it’s true. I’ve been looking at porn my entire life and can’t seem to stop, even with a girlfriend(no pics) who never turns me down. I feel like I’m never going to be the same. I remember when I was younger and would have rock hard erections and thinking how impossible it would be to have ED. Now I’m just lamenting over the fact that I’ve looked at it for so long.
Anyone else suffer the same thing or am I just going to get roasted? I’ve been looking at porn for 25+ years and now it’s caught up to me. Having problems in the bedroom staying hard is putting a strain on my relationship.

I quit porn a few years ago. Had to put blockers on my devices that I didn’t have codes to. I feel much better for having quit. It takes a long time, especially when you’ve been on it for years. It was definitely a tough process but I don’t regret it.

I’m 38 and also suffer from the same thing you described. After research and a few discussions with my doctor, I found that fricking your girlfriend when you’re away helps the most.
