re: Nocturnal Deer on Lease - countryboycansurvive
Thanks for all the great replies guys....I will definitely take all these into consideration especially adjusting the feeding times and hunting closer to the edges of the lease. Those are probably the easiest to implement this season Good luck to everyone this season! ...

re: Nocturnal Deer on Lease - countryboycansurvive
We just discussed that too this past weekend. We are kind of surrounded by other leases, so we are really at their mercy. We are hoping the underbrush that should grow up from the clear cutting they did this past summer will attract some deer to start bedding down on ours....

re: Nocturnal Deer on Lease - countryboycansurvive
Yeah we did find a spot this past weekend closer to the property above us where they seem to be bedding and then coming on to our property to eat that has quite a few deer signs. We are gonna setup closer to that and see but we also don't want to get too close to the property line because I know pe...

re: Nocturnal Deer on Lease - countryboycansurvive
We discussed feeding all year just the other day and was wandering if that would help? They clear cut our property this past summer so we are hoping as the underbrush grows back up, that the deer will start bedding down in it in the coming years. Seems the deer are bedding down on the property a...

re: Our deer population has exploded this year... - countryboycansurvive
They clear cut our lease this spring so we are fighting with a mess right now. Although....we are seeing more deer tracks on the property than we have ever seen. I am hoping the deer hunting gets better as the property starts to grow back up....
