Yes....I believe that was her name. She worked at the service desk back in the shop where you drop off for repairs.

Another bad experience with Loewer. Brought my son's dirt bike there to get a rear flat fixed cause I didn't have time to mess with it. Cost $198 to replace a tube in the tire and then they never called to let me know it was ready. I finally stopped by to check on it and they were like..."oh it has been ready". I said well thanks for calling and letting me know and then they get an attitude about it. I have no plans to use them again.

It has become a homeless encampment now on the Red River bank. Two other tents have joined the party and a trashed out truck is sitting there. They are starting to trash the place.
