The idea that had we just be quiet and humble they didn't stand a chance, but we popped off and celebrated so they won. Well, you do have to look at it from their perspective.
If history is any indication, (they've only been to 4 NCAAT in their HC's 13 year tenure), this was a once in a lifetime team with maybe the only shot the school/fans will have at a NC ever again. On the other hand, this is No. 7 for LSU with the odds being pretty good LSU will annually be a contender for more championships for years, if not decades, to come.
That is a tough heartbreak to get over when you know "next year" is likely to never come along.
