For murder:

Let victims family pick a member of the offenders family to kill in front of the offender in the same manner.

Hood rats don’t care about their own life but maybe their sister or grandma’s life might.

I knew I shouldn’t have used the term “draconian” damn it. It actually scares me too, just between you and me.

More prisons, much longer sentences for all crimes, and...
release from prison is based on getting a degree in prison, or attending and passing courses deigned to learn a skill (plumbing, mechanic, carpentry, etc.) and acceptable prison behavior. In other words, act like a criminal in prison, you never get out.

Nope. If they aren't in prison they should have all rights. If they are so much a threat that can't own a firearm, why are they not in prison?

IMO, it has nothing to do with whether they continue to be a threat or not.

They simply made the conscious decision to sacrifice their right to bear firearms when they chose to commit a felony.

It is the lifelong punishment they have incurred, and their release from prison comes with that stipulation.

Now, considering the high rate of recidivism among those who commit felonies, if they are found to break that rule, they should face 20 to life.

Consider it a “lifelong parole” that they owe the rest of pleasant society.

Allowing people to defend their property with deadly force would help along with cutting off a few hands every now and then.

A return to fundamentals is vital. A conviction in the Church’s pulpits and a people that want to draw themselves closer to God is necessary.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.“ -John Adams
