Per Kiran:
quote:

Kaivon Washington, the 18-year-old facing third-degree rape charges of a LSU student before she was killed, has turned himself in to Walker Police in connection to a 2020 rape investigation.

the kids actually present admitted that the girl was too drunk to consent

I’m sorry I must not have the same evidence as you showing that this 18 year old kid, who had to be scared out of his fricking mind, with no lawyer present and being interrogated by some cops being an expert on what is “too drunk to consent.” Why don’t you go ahead and provide us with that evidence you have.

And if you don’t think race is going to play a MAJOR F*CKING ROLE in this trial, you’re dumber than a box of f*cking rocks.

Good. Let justice rain down on that POS.

Not only has the dude credibly raped a few girls, he also made a rap song making fun of the Denham High football player who died of heat stroke. His name was Remy.

If you don’t think parents are discussing lessons learned with their teenagers, you are naive. That means talking about where Miss Brooks and her friends made mistakes. That’s not victim blaming. That’s just being realistic. People like Washington exist. You can’t always avoid them. But you can make sure they don’t take advantage of you. She didn’t do anything “wrong” per se. But her and her friends could have taken better care of one another and themselves. One can only hope at this point that those boys get what they deserve and this prevents future instances of a similar nature.

Here’s what I find so crazy about the reported rape of the 12-year-old:

quote:

However, UWK has learned that Walker Police claim the suspect and the victim’s stories did not match in 2021, so the case hit a dead end.

The Walker Police said the case hit a dead end in 2021 when the suspect’s and the victim’s stories did not match. Seriously? I would expect them not to match. I’d imagine that accused rapists aren’t exactly eager to tell the police that they raped someone, thus corroborating the victim’s account and ensuring a guilty verdict.

UWK is told Washington is also the suspect in another alleged rape. That incident allegedly happened in Livingston Parish in 2021.

Sheriff Ard trying to cover his tracks now? What new evidence came about in the last two days? They ignored this case for three years until the dude was involved in another incident (when he should have been behind bars) and now want to push for charges after it’s too late?

That’s some BS.

I wonder how the NAACP is going to handle the rape of a 12 year old?

I believe it was Walker PD
In no way am I taking up for Ard

quote:

A report was filed with Walker PD on March 10, 2021 against Washington as the suspect in a first degree rape. But the victim’s mom says she felt Walker police ignored her daughter’s case. “I feel like after the police was told, they just kind of swept it away and never kept up with it,” the victim’s mom said. “I just felt like she was never going to get justice.”

It’s possible that this incident brought more people forward who had more information. Do I believe that? Not really. It certainly seems as you are describing where Ard is trying to save face. But who really knows.

Dinky arse Walker PD should not be trusted to handle a 1st Degree Rape case on their own.

Boy how does that presser look now. Defended his client publicly, then his client is arrested the same day on another set of charges.

I still think you're putting way too much emphasis on their comments. I reiterate that their attorney is going to have those comments stricken from the record, stating that none of these guys are medical professionals and therefore aren't in a position to determine how intoxicated a person is. All they can do is speculate.

I love it when someone tries to sound so all knowing and authoritarian but is actually completely fricking wrong.

Idiot. You don’t have to be Medical professional to make observations about the way someone is acting.

Then maybe you should learn how to f*cking read. Or better yet, go get one of your woke jury consultants to explain to you what I’ve already stated.

F*cking moron. I really feel sorry for anyone who hires you to be their attorney. You are seriously one dumb f*ck who is completely devoid of even the slightest amount of plain common f*cking sense.

You still haven’t accepted the ban bet. I laid out the terms pages ago.

Everything I have read and heard about this kid reminds me of a cold and evil person who feels nothing for others.

Incapable of even feeling remorse.
