Maybe one of the geniuses in this thread will come by and tell us we need to wait for the facts to see if that 12 year old was being flirty after taking some kids nighttime Robitussin

Jeez what a pos that guy is. The fact that the other 3 would even get into a situation like that with him knowing what he had done does not look good on them at all

What doesn’t make sense to me is that Walker would even investigate bc felonies go to LPSO.
The mom probably had no idea that she needed to report it to LPSO but Walker PD certainly should have done it.

The only one that likely knew was his uncle. Families talk but if he wasn’t arrested then friends have no way of knowing this bc it wasn’t public.

Actually a good point. And thanks for bringing useful dialogue to the thread for a change.

Can Washington be tried as an adult for a rape he committed as a juvenile?

The student body did not know about this rape accusation until they read about it on FB.

Not replying to Angel, just a thought.
I sure hope the people who insist on stumping for these rapists are there to stump for the prisoners sodomizing these punks on a regular basis in Angola.
Because you know, they asked and got consent.

So how does a jury in LP compare to BR, would think more favorable for prosecution. How about race of victims in Walker?

Do they have to watch it?
No. But my guess is their presence at trial improves the chance of conviction.
I was not questioning them being at trial and seeking justice for their kid, but I was just questioning/doubting they have to actually watch any of the phone recordings presented. I figured the victim’s family would not be put through some Clockwork Orange type of torture session.
That defense tactic may have worked if defendants helped ensure the victim lived through the night, and she didn’t want it presented during trial. I don’t think family of the deceased victim will just except DA plea bargaining to lesser offense with little punishment just to avoid video being shown at trial.

Wtf? It wasn’t public info. Students learned about this victim the same as we did… the FB post. Believe what you want.

Then maybe you should learn how to f*cking read. Or better yet, go get one of your woke jury consultants to explain to you what I’ve already stated.
Humor me, point out where you posted it, Jason Bull.
