No the old AT&T store next to Fat Boys Pizza , I think the LSU Foundation is creating a reception area on the 2nd floor. I think that second floor would be a great place for Burrow to open a bar called “ the Goat”

There are some big houses back there but no way it’s 20,000 square feet
