I got the shite kicked out of me one night in tiger land for some shite like this.

A buddy and me go out to mikes and he hooks up with a girl and leaves on the bus back to her dorm.

I lived off of bright side so I was gonna go get a 6 pack and walk home, I'm not as smooth as my boy.

The store beside mikes there arse probably 15-20 thugs hanging out, not the slight bit drunk, looking for girls. They were preying.

I walk out with a 6er of amber and hear a girl asking for help. I look over and see why.

4 black guys who clearly weren't students fondling this girl that looked like she was passed out on her feet. Her friend was trying to get her but the dudes were literally pushing her back.

One kid had his hand in her pants and another in her bra.

I'll never forget that moment. I saw it and saw the cops in the median doing nothing. I wanted to walk away but I could hear my grandfather saying "if not you then who"

So I go over and try to talk the guys out of it. Next thing I know I slammed a beer bottle against one guys head and I'm swinging.

I got stomped and kicked but luckily I had a friend who was bouncing at mikes so they pretty much saved me.

After it was all over I went to the cops and called them pussies and losers. Dudes were just handing out MIPs fricking punks did nothing while a girl was passed out on her feet being molested. They knew they were in the wrong. The fricking knew it.

Every time after that I always kept my shite together while drinking with friends in tiger land. I didn't think dudes like that existed, coming from a small town. They're scum and predators.

We can't continue to allow this in south Louisiana. It's time for a good ole baw governor

If you have a LA wallet ID on your phone then it's going to be hard.

They'll have to make a severe penalty for having another's LA wallet ID on your phone.

Again, at some point it's simple - can ythe countryou run your business under the regulation and laws of our society or not?

Fake IDs and complicit bars/bouncers are around every campus around the country.

My stepdaughter and her friends went to a bar the other day. One of her friends accidentally gave the bouncer her real ID. The bouncer said "Honey, you gave me the wrong one. I'm going to pretend this didn't happen. Go to the back of the line and next time give me the correct one."

I know you weren’t asking me about female victimhood but I 100% agree with you. I’ve got a precious little girl with a heart of gold. She’s the kind that sees the good in everyone and loves big. It hurts me to think that I’ll one day have to shatter her innocence by red pilling her on the realities of this world.

She’s a lot like I was—super naive. My parents did not do enough to paint a picture of the real world before I went to lsu—which is probably obvious to many who’ve posted here since I was in college. Unfortunately I’m going to have to probably go above the call of duty to the point of making her slightly paranoid until I’ll feel good about sending her out in the world.

However a lot of systems and people failed the girl. The only ones with blood on their hands are the rapist. LSU failed her by allowing ghetto trash all around campus, trying to destroy Greek life. Her sorority sisters/friends failed her by not watching their way too drunk friend. Reggie’s failed her by letting in non student trash and way over serving.

Probably gonna get blasted for this, but I believe the deceased should share a little bit of the blame. It was her choices and her actions that put her in this position.

If you can’t control how much you drink, you need to be really careful about where you go, what you do, and who you surround yourself with. YES, the majority of the blame should fall on the men who she left with, they are clearly pieces of shite for what they did and deserve to be punished heavily, but I think that all of y’all who are absolving this girl from blame are a little shortsighted

RIP young lady. You didn’t deserve this. I hope her family can find some type of peace

I get why no one wants to do it but I wish someone would start on this website and become governor, sincerely.

Clean up the steeets. If you're 17 but you hold a gun to someone's head and steal a car or rape a girl or shoot someone then you're tried as adult. And rip violent criminals. Fullest extent of the law. Make them terrified of breaking it.

Make all public spending visible online. We should see where I tax dollars go. Why I this a problem? I have no issue with a governor making 250k if he's doing a good job. Just pay folks appropriately and there shouldn't be an issue.

Legalize weed and tax the frick out of it. Violent criminals prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you hold a gun to someone's head and steal a car - then you get a 40 year mandatory sentence. 15 years old? Sorry, if you know how to steal and sell a vehicle the. You know it's wrong. Rot in jail, shithead.

Open carry the state. If you're a law abiding citizen then all business have to allow you the right to carry a defense mechanism for your life.

Eliminate pogey fishing within 50 miles of the coast like other coastal states.Institute Texas lunker bass program in Louisiana. Institute the same whitetail program that Kentucky did in the 90's. Encourage energy growth and expansion under state rule.

It's there to be had but no one wants the job and we all need someone for take it.

run-down / crappy housing around the area invites loiterers / predators like this.
The area surrounding these college bars needs to be drastically cleaned up. or leveled and re-built with attractive college housing.
dont tihnk that will happen, slum-lords are too happy collecting monthly government check.
ETA: or move college bars to an area adjacent to current college housing

From my book published in 2019. The 1st passage is from the Chapter 19 "Myths of Molestation and Rape" and the 2nd one is from Chapter 21 "Bystander Intervention". Some of you Victim Blamers need to read it...maybe you will see thing differently.

If anyone in this thread would like a link to a free download...email me.

quote:

"Look how much she drank.”

Drinking isn’t an excuse to take advantage of someone, and it isn’t an invitation for someone to rape you. If you find yourself in a situ?ation where you know someone has had too much and might be in danger, tell the bartender, offer to take them home, or even call the authorities.

Also, if you are at a party and you see someone, whether it be a friend or a stranger, who is incapable of making a decision to consent to a sexual act because alcohol has impaired his or her
judgment, be the person to take a stand and help them. Don’t be a bystander. It’s better to be a “cockblocker” at the party rather than a
witness in court for a rape case later!

quote:

The world of higher education has been a place that hides rape sta?tistics and does little in the way of helping create a safe place for
incoming students every year. The administration at colleges and uni?versities spend their time with their heads in the sand and covering up
crime statistics so they don’t suffer admissions declines and lose federal and state funding and scholarship programs. Envision that each student
will be spending tens of thousands and frequently up to and over six dig?its during his or her college experience. There could be a massive impact on the school and the community if admissions go down for whatever reason, and certainly crime would be a compelling factor to steer your child elsewhere.

Each year a new group of young male and female adults who may have had everything given to them and may have been taken care of their whole lives are being sent off on their own. Going from living at home with little to no responsibility, these young adults find themselves sitting in a wonderful newfound freedom. They are ill prepared and have not been given the awareness for potential distress and violence that is a possibility on any college campus.

won't someone have to prove that they willfully allowed underage kids into the bar? With fake ID's being so good these days, how can the bar be liable if that is how the kids get in?

She was employed by Reggie's. They knew exactly how old she is, and who she is.
