not exactly...you also have alcohol level in her blood (.319)...you have video evidence of her stumbling out of Reggies...and you have one of the "alleged" rapist on record saying she was very drunk.

What are you even talking about? I don't write stories for a living. Are you disputing her BAC? Why do you keep referring to the page number? Speak English or something. Jesus.

They didn’t drop her in the middle of a 50 mph zone.

to some degree, yes. Having been to both frat parties and reggies countless times, I would much rather my daughter go to a frat party.

make the drinking age 18 and a lot of issues work themselves out. Preppy white girls only step foot into reggies because it is the only place they can drink.

this country has this shame of an idea that the drinking age is 21 while everyone who goes to college is getting blacked out at 18.

I think he is referencing the .391, when it was really .319...I made the same typo earlier...

Two said she was drunk. The driver and one of the offenders.

ETA: Plus, blood sample of .3+ plus video evidence.

Damn. I the warrant is worse. The 28 year old was the uncle of one of the rapists. The nephew sodomized the girl as well based on charges.
Lucky for police so many waived their rights to an attorney and gave statements.

I'm not trying to demonize frats. Just saying that you have the same issues of underage drinking and questionable consent. It's not specific to anyone population or association. Back in my college days I saw plenty of nerdy want to be artists take drunk girls home from the caterie. I imagine the ability of the group to defend and protect drunk friends is a question of individual characteristics more than a specific group they associate with

It was likely .410 when she left the bar if it was .319 by the time the coroner pulled her blood, but regardless, after .240 she's completely unable to make rational decisions.

When they're as drunk as this girl was, absolutely.

Yep, the warrant is incredibly damning. Hell, one of the alleged rapists sounds like he was bragging to police about how drunk she was! "I mean when I tell you drunk drunk" reads like someone telling their friends how crazy a night you had, not trying to clear your name of rape.

Yes, because .391 is factually incorrect.

Because we are now 42 pages into this thread, and you retards keep getting it wrong. The factual information is linked in the very first message of the thread. It just takes a few minutes to read the affidavit and get the actual information.

It’s really not that extra hard to be right. Don’t be a lazy frick. If you’re going to make statements, know what you’re talking about.

16 year olds in Houston are drinking at restaurants with fake ID's...it makes me mad that Tate made a big deal about underage drinking in his statement...that is the least shocking thing about this story...

There's 3 stories.
The story I'm leaning towards is a car full of guys wanted to run a train on a drunk soristitute and dump her when done on the side of the road. I wouldn't doubt they tossed her out the car after she put up some fight. The autopsy said she showed signs of anal trauma. I'm sure she likely protested to some of what was being done. If not all.
The driver got remorse the next day and gave the story that put the blame away from him. When he's likely just as much to blame. He was the driver it was his car. He could have stopped it at any time.

the racial aspect of this incident is disgusting.

then i think about, what if the story was 3 white dudes raping a pretty young black girl. you already know what the national power of that story would bring across the country.

If this happened at a Fraternity or if it were fraternity guys who had done it greek life would be under so much scrutiny right it would be national headlines and LSU would be coming down hard

Them blaming the bars instead of blaming themselves for electing a shitty mayor with a shitty police chief and allowing a literal ghetto to grow around campus is stupid

You're up in a thread about a girl getting gang raped and then run over by a car, bickering about .319 vs .391?

Like I said, frick stick, her BAC was likely higher than both of those when this incident took place so how about you worry about the real issue here as opposed to a number.
