That would require the victims will want to prosecute which is rare especially with college drinking sex scenarios. If this girl hadn't died at the incident that occurred after the rate, it's very likely we never hear about the story either

but this is still a problem. if you're upset about the first issue that is fine, but there have been comments made basically defending the volume of underage drinking that takes place on a daily basis around campus and known bars.

Yes drunk girls have sex with guys and friends all the time. That doesn't mean every time it's rape and this is not just limited to fraternities.
