So, not on the merits of this case but based on the judge's perception of Mr. Trump's previous cases that the judge could not have intimate knowledge of. He has an agenda.

Trump lawyers do not fare well. Habba is on the hook for a million. Michael Cohen is in the pokey. Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are in trouble with their state bar associations. Powell has been sued for billions. Giuliani had his law license suspended. A fair number of them seemed to have gotten stiffed on their bills. There are probably others.
