Should the leader of a major basketball program show more restraint than he did? Yeah. He is supposed to be teaching young men.
He should've left and called her from the hotel and told her to start packing her shite and she has 30 days to get out. Instead of just her losing the gravy train he's probably screwed too.
I know I would be as a normal Joe. More should be expected of someone leading a high profile program.

He shouldn't choke no, but when your with a crazy bitch that wants to fight no matter what you do then you have to fend her off some way. Some of these crazy bitches won't stop until it goes physical,then call the cops. She's crazy and he's crazy for being with her. Most women like this are good in the sack so it's a catch 22.

Most people have no idea that in many jurisdictions, police by policy arrest somebody whenever they respond to a domestic call. And obviously that somebody is the man well over 90% of the time.
Combine that with the fact that the average American woman lives in an utterly delusional fantasy world where she never faces consequences for her awful behavior and you frequently get situations like this.

Sounds like woman who is a twat is engaged to a man who is a hitter. As toxic couples do, they picked a night to escalate and push each others buttons. All the way to the police. Police get involved as they do. Arrest the guy because she probably had marks on her neck and maybe Texas is a “must arrest” state. And like many domestic disputes. Whoever breaks the fight up winds up being called the a-hole.

Cops hear choke and someone is going to jail, and almost always it’s the man. Now without hearing the audio or the 911 call or whatnot, it’s hard to figure out the whole story, but I’m getting a bit suspicious of the whole thing.
Lesson #1, understand that putting your dick in crazy is a major liability.
But it sounds like he may have learned lesson #2, of if you are putting your dick in crazy, for damn sure don’t marry her.
