Sounds like she’s saying If she didn’t want to be choked she shouldn’t have broke his glasses and understands it’s her fault. Good for her I wish more women could see the light like this

If he didn’t choke her, why did she call the cops? If she’s lying about this, she needs to face consequences. If someone is forcing her to recant, they need jail time.
This is a fricked up situation all around. Does anyone else think her apology reads like a hostage note?
This doesn't automatically mean he didn't do some fricked up shite. This all basically means who know what tf happened.
But the right thing for the school to do here is to reinstate him and pay him for missed time.

He claims to have audio recording. Probably doesn't look good on either but could help him in a criminal case. Why not release it? Because you hold your big cards until you need them. She knows she fricked up and is trying to salvage it. I'd imagine she went bat hit crazy on her. Even LE uses choke holds to restrain people. Choke hold to neutralize assailant isn't the same as "strangling".
Who knows what happened, but that bitch is CRAZY. He shoulda kept his wife.

Her statement doesn't explain the scratches, bruises, and bite marks the cops noticed though. I started it by breaking his glasses, which was already in the police report, doesn't really exonerate him from hitting her. Sad situation for her.
