64-65, but my thermostat has a threshold and automatically switches between heat and cool. It's range is typically 64-70.

Ours has been on 67-68. My wife is always cold. I'm the type to throw a hoodie on if it's cold. At night we'll make a fire if we're all chilly.

Night time it’s set at 65.
During the day, normally 69, but I’ll bump it up to 70-71 if I get too chilly.

South Louisiana weather is fun.
On days where it stays cold during the day - 70 day, 71 night
On days where it's cold at night and cool during the day - 72 day, 71 night
On days where it's cold at night but hot during the day - 72 day, 70 night
My auto setting has a 3-degree gap, so hot days and cold nights is like playing musical thermostat.

after a coupler of hours you body adjusts to where its set at, doesnt matter if it 75 or 65 your body adjusts to it
the #1 key is to stop people from keep changing it and just leave it the hell alone after it is set
we dont like it cold so we set heat at 72 and a/c at 75

62 day. 63-65 at night if in 30s or lower. Also depends if the wife sees it. She’ll raise it like clockwork.

Daytime 65 night 63.

I like 68 whe we're home and 65 at night and when we're away. But, with 3 newborns in the house, it stays on 72.

I hate furnace air...hate it hate it...dry and static and i hate it. keep it at 62 but have humidifiers upstairs and downstairs running 24/7, use my fireplaces when it gets cold and will turn off the heater then, until it's time to get up.
