Houston is kind of a dump. No offense, most places are.

What does this have to do with anything? Its not Aspen, Colorado, good job on noticing that but that really has nothing to do with the posted video. Nowhere does it say Houston will become a vacation destination or a place for billionaires to buy a 2nd home.

Is there a major economic center WITHOUT traffic issues?

I didn't say that. You said that.

This is semantics.

I will say there has been major industrial investment in and around Houston the past couple years but who really knows what 30 years will look like

Any metro area of size will have good parts and bad parts.

A dump has few to no good parts, but even that is subjective. I think that River Oaks, Rice Village, Garden Oaks, etc are pretty good areas.

I can believe this, but it’s still a concrete jungle.

I see why people like living there, but it's a hard pass for me.

Houston and Dallas are pretty much the same these days…both have some nice areas, both have total shitholes…crime, shitty democratic city leadership, transplants looking to make money…Houston has better food…Dallas has…Snuffer’s cheese fries.

Houston like any major city has its pluses and minuses, but overall, the positives outweigh anything else.

- Great Suburbs(Sugarland, Katy, Cypress, Woodlands, etc)
- Amazing schools in the burbs
- No state income tax
- Major Sports Franchises
- Best medical care in the world
- Two Major Airports
- Tons of jobs and opportunity

Def not a tourist destination with everything so spread out, but a good place to raise a family.
