Breaking: Garland to name Special Counsel for Trump criminal probe
If they ARE going to move forward with an investigation, appointment of a special counsel is really the only way to do it. Conducting such an investigation under the supervision of Biden's AG would be entirely inappropriate.

It's actually impressive that you posted a response so quickly while beating off to the headline.
Well done.
Well done.

No. I'm not setting aside anything to have a chat with you about "this is the way".
This is nothing more than the GOPE and the DEMS working to end the voters choice.
You only get to vote for who they say.

How many fricking investigations do you think are needed? How many tens of millions of dollars?
How many times has biden been investigated with all the smoke (actual hard evidence) around him?
Answer that.
And you wonder why trust in govt is waning. I mean.. just holy shite.. what a bullshite govt we have.

Why set that aside?
they certainly have no problem disregarding any interest in Hillary e-mails, or other RICO activities with the 'charities', or her collusion with in the RUSSIA COLLUSION hoax, or the blatant corruption of the CLINTON/OBAMA/BIDEN admins, or the maladmnstration of the DHS/DoD/NHS/
There was/is mountains of evidence which would put ANY GOPer in similar circumstance in Leavenworth.

Then they need to remove the word JUSTICE for the Department of Justice. Rule of Law and Due process aren't part of our current justice system at this present time. We have moved into Banana Republic status when the enforcement arm of our laws is beholden to a political party.

Doesn't the SC still report to the AG?

Hilarious. As if the Special Counsel appointed will be any less bloodthirsty and biased as Garland himself. Why don't you be honest for one second in your life and join the rest of the world in acknowledging what this is; an attempt to politically decouple witch-hunt 6.0 (or 7.0... Ive lost count) from the democrats ahead of this election.

Faggie, you conveniently try to make this about what’s right and wrong of this whole debacle but fail miserably in pointing out that going after a political opponent is ok if the one doing the investigation is a democrat. This is political bullshite and you know it. This is the deepstate going after an opponent that can’t be beaten without dragging him through the mud or by cheating in the election.

Special Counsel is still under the supervision of Biden's AG and he could cancel it at any time.

Exactly. Think back to the Ken Starr investigation. A sitting president or a presidential candidate is best investigated and prosecuted by a special prosecutor who does not report to the administration.
