It will jump and then money will be bet on arkansas to even it out. I'd say it will finish around 8 points. Arkansas already gets 3 points so 2 scores sounds about right.

I don't know but it's going to be a tough win. The fact that Vegas is begging you to take LSU is concerning. If anyone (especially the players) thinks this game will be easier because of either team's record, it won't go well.
