If the deal completes then he's paying 54.20 per share no matter what the market price.
After he does the buyout there wont be any more shares on the market twitter will be a private company, so there won't be a market price of $49 or $55 or anything.

This is a really dumb take. Space-X is at the mercy of the US and Europe. They could just keep pouring billions into traditional aerospace firms until they catch up or surpass Space-X. They can pay other companies to beat Starlink. They can put unfair restrictions on all his companies and bring them to their knees.
It's mind-boggling that you dumbfricks don't recognize how powerful Democrats are. They do not frick around and they are not above punishing political dissenters.
