Clearly. You missed my point. The point is the value is likely higher than the purchase price to Elon, which seems to be something the left denies. Eurocat, cwill, and Decatur all peacocking that Elon is getting ripped off. If the value is currently around 50 and an 18% discount is normal for valuation purposes of non closely held or closely held with multiple owners, then the true value of Twitter to Musk is likely higher than his purchase price.

If the Federal Government blocks who can own online discussion platforms then they will open up all social media censorship to 1st Amendment protection.
I'm ok with this backfire going down, but it's the slow route.
