The magnitude of this hypocrisy coming from you is immeasurable.

We'll all bookmark this for the next time you whine about everyone on the board being against you..

He was practically in tears a few days ago over an article referring Obama's abandoned furniture warehouse as an "abandoned furniture warehouse" instead of a "former retail furniture store".

Remember the Denver (?) TV crew that just happened to stumble upon an activist that provoked a FAFO from conservative gathering attendee?

Yes I do and I think we learned that the reporter from the TV station was a weekend SJW who had met with the activist beforehand.

Narcissistic Sociopaths lack self-awareness.

It's one of their more endearing qualities.

There's a reason the Texas Aggie message boards banned him for life.

I don't know about that. I don't keep notes when I'm on this board but a few posters stick out to me enough that I form an opinion. You're one of them.

But it's the real world that's important. I don't think conservatives are paranoid nutcases because they notice selective enforcement of laws, selective prosecutions, FBI raids on grandmas that pose zero threat, and let's not forget the incendiary rhetoric of the president, Garland and Wray.

In fact, want to question someone's grasp on reality? Consider the comment of yours I responded to. You're a lawyer, right? Fairly bright. And it's not like you have difficulty putting your thoughts/ideas in words, and there it is in text - - - you believe the FBI is raiding all these old folks and moms/dads with zero criminal history and posing zero threat is all about the FBI being full of pussies. You're implying FBI agents would have felt too afraid to knock on this guy's door without a fully kitted assault team of 25.

Seriously, Hank, there's no f'n way that makes an logical sense to you, but you posted it and sold it as a belief. That, my friend, is nutcase material. Finding the action an outrageous political stunt by the most powerful law enforcement agency in the world is not nutcase material.

You seem to be among them.

Did you go back and edit your post to add this?

Hank, you're losing it. Maybe it's time to put the internet down for a few weeks.

Eh, he probably just has some family members who are very similar to this person and knee-jerks the defense.

You people are just incapable of sticking to the topic and NOT making every thread a Hank referendum. Kinda funny, actually.

Hank: Let’s discuss this statute.
Y’all: Nope, let’s discuss Hank.

Sad.

You seem to think you’re a smart guy. You’re really not son, you’re as transparent as my dining room window. Just quit faking impartiality, because you’re not even fooling yourself, much less anyone else.

You make it about your opinion when you give the opinion that you don’t have a problem with selective enforcement of the law nor do you have an issue with the intimidation tactics of the Gestapo. As long as it’s conservative voices silenced you seem to be just fine with any means necessary.

Link that specific precedent in case law please.... the one in which a parking lot escort is defined as "someone who provides health services."

One seldom sees judicial challenges to statutory language which is clear and unambiguous on its face.
Found it. Hoye v. City of Oakland. City Ordinance established escorts are considered "people who provide health services". It was challenged. The city's interpretation was upheld by SCOTUS. So turns out it actually has been adjudicated.

If you actually stuck to discussing the statute, only a few would argue with you.

I would guess 50% of your posts in the thread are just rank supposition about the case or how the government views this case and another 25% are you whining about how you’re being treated.

You’re not some clear-headed logician. You’re a kooky dude that people walk away from at parties.

So is there no video of these events? I would think an abortion clinic would have cameras all over it.

Apparently not.
Sounds like the defendant will have to prove his innocence. Great, eh?

It's why you're here, Hank. You love the attention. Even negative attention.

And for a guy exasperated by it always becoming about him, I'm still looking for your response to the topic at-hand. Why not ignore the personal shite and stick to the discussion? It's not hard.

So, connecting a few dots because you're leaving a lot to interpretation - would this be a fair summation of your beliefs?

1. You don't believe Biden, Garland, Wray and pretty much the whole Left really mean anything by their "MAGA Republicans are evil and the country's greatest threat" rhetoric. There's no purpose to it. It's not orchestrated. It's just a bunch of words uttered by various folks that really don't mean what they seem to mean.

2. But if you believe there's purpose to the rhetoric, you cannot connect that dot with the actions of Biden and his DOJ. You sincerely believe that Biden has not politicized DOJ in any manner that's not normal for a new administration, and you believe that the FBI's radical treatment of seemingly innocuous "suspects" is because the FBI is full of fraidy cats who have shiny new guns they want to take out of the armory.

3. Broadly, you don't believe conservatives are being treated differently than anybody else.
