(1) Re: Communications, you are quoting interpretations/allowances by the courts dealing with adult-to-adult interactions. An adult addressing a child in the manner described might be viewed differently. Depending on the level of vitriol, I expect it would.
(2) Personal space should be more of an issue than you let on as well. Covid concerns, you know. The Biden Admin presents CV19 as a verrrrrry dangerous disease for the children. So a stranger getting nose to nose with a 12y/o could be viewed as a near lethal threat.
But in all seriousness, an adult doing that to a child is going to give any court pause. Houck needs to find the video.

This is why we have mass shootings. FBI too worried about bs cases that were dismissed on the state level and nascar nooses to deal with major crimes.

The FBI must be disbanded at this point. State and local police forces can conduct "investigations" and fight crime. The primary purpose of the FBI is not to protect Americans; it is an enforcement arm of the state ala the SS or KGB.
