Hank thinks this priest and his son hunted this old abortion zealot down and attacked him.

K.
But I'm still going to laugh at calling teenagers "babies" and M4s the "big guns."

K but I'm gonna laugh at someone defending the thug fbi raiding a home for a priest when a phone call to his lawyer could suffice.
If you think Hank isn't the retarded one in this thread....

You’re pretty defensive of gender identity and abortion, among other things. It would be weird if it wasn’t so transparent.

Just curious.

I don't know anything about you or what you've said in this thread.
Do you think she was being sensationalist?

Probably because he’s not Catholic.
Posted on 9/26/22 at 4:20 pm to Turbeauxdog
not a catholic priest with 7 children.

I’m fairly certain it wasn’t the violation of his child’s speech that he was concerned about.

If he was defending his child from what a reasonable person could foresee being an imminent battery, then the father does not meet the elements, right? Those elements were only applicable to actions intended to stop someone from assisting the patient getting into the hospital, right?

There are many videos of blacks assaulting old men at events. No charges that I ever heard came of it. They did a lot more than shove.

So Hank I am not piling on, just asking your thoughts as the person taking the opposing position and apparently you are a lawyer. I saw this
What do you think is the reason it played out this way, if it did? And does it make you second guess the motives of the DOJ?
quote:
When both the city police and the district attorney declined to file charges against Houck, the escort filed a private criminal complaint in Philadelphia municipal court, Middleton said. The case was dismissed in July when the man repeatedly didn’t show up in court, Middleton said. Just days later, Houck received a “target letter” from the U.S. Attorney’s Office informing him that he was the focus of a federal criminal probe into the same incident, Middleton said.

quote:Well, let's see. 25-30 armed FBI agents surrounded her home, with her kids there, screaming with their weapons drawn, as the kids were getting ready for school on a Friday morning? The FBI shackled her husband's hands and feet, like he was Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán, for shoving an apparent 72y/o piece of shite because the apos got in his 12y/o son's face?
Do you think she was being sensationalist?

None of that matters. The case was already thrown out of court.
Garland and his Gestapo are turning absolutely NOTHING into a federal case of harassment and intimidation.
