I was thinking the same thing before clicking into the thread.

And it's going to be directly overhead. A seven minute pass. As long as we don't have clouds, it should be the perfect time to watch.

had to read the title twice... thought ISIS was flying jets over!

Sweet, I'll have to take my son out to see it before bed. For whatever reason, I love watching the ISS flyovers.

a really really really fast blimp, to travel from NW horizon to SE horizon (OTers, that's the long way) in 8 minutes. SWMBO has been watching it from the balcony at Morgantown, or Tacky Jack's upper deck.

Thanks for the heads up!
The speed of this thing is truly fascinating.

It passes over quite frequently. Sometimes three or four times a week. I usually watch it, but it's just a wobbling light. Looks like an aircraft without navigational lights on

Will it be coming from your Southwest or my Southwest?
You couldn't ask for better viewing weather for most of us in the Southeast tonight.

I miss getting to see the ISS and seeing the Space Shuttle chasing right behind it. Those were the best passes.

So, am I interpreting your map correctly?
The circle indicates that when we first view the ISS on our horizon it is actually flying directly above a location in central Mexico?
And when it disappears it is somewhere over W. Virginia?
