I haven't heard of first bite syndrome.
Besides the numbness due to nerve damage I have Frey's syndrome. This is sweating next to my ear while eating. No pain involved with this.

Fell down, backwards, on 3 flights of concrete steps. Fractured skull, broken nose, broken ankle. Fun times.

Fully ruptured Achilles and the hospital splinted my foot at a 90 degree angle.

Ruptured my Biceps tendon. Initial F bomb, followed by 30 seconds of an inability to say anything….
Wife thought i was having a hearth attack as I was grabbing my felt arm, I was on my knees and couldn’t talk….
But that level of pain quickly went away.

My epidural pooled up in my upper back during labor causing back spasms. Considered jumping out the 8th floor window. Had to be knocked out.

One time your mom accidentally used her teeth on me.

Mine sounds simple, but holy shite it fricking hurt.
I cracked a tooth, so I went to the dentist. He was able to save the tooth without a root canal, but it needed a crown.
I got fitted for the crown after he ground down the tooth to just about the nerve canal. I had a temp crown put in and a few days later, came back for my permanent crown.
He popped off the temp crown and placed the new crown on. He didn’t numb me up because he said it would just take a second.
Well, when he placed the new crown on, it must have been sitting in liquid nitrogen seconds before him placing it.
Since the tooth was ground down to just above the nerve, the cold crown was so pain full, I came out the chair.
Holy frick, the pain lasted about 30 seconds until the crown warmed up. I actually thought I wa going to pass out.

I ruptured my biceps, it was not very painful at all. It was about as painful as someone punching me in the arm.

I don’t know how old you are or your situation. I’m glad I did it but it was hell.

ankles arms they all hurt. ruptured ear drum while the Southdowns parade went by 20 feet away was difficult. But the epic pain was a dislocated hip. And I once was out cold for 6 hours in 5th grade. Did not hurt until I awoke to Buckskin Bill with doctors and nurses and family staring down at me.
