Best DE the Saints currently have is a convicted felon, who went undrafted due to having to serve jail time, Carl Granderson. I don't know if Moore has enough stroke to keep them away from Green, but I'm sure he has some degree of input.

I have yet to regret a single day living in Seville.

Been living in Seville for 4 years now, and probably for the rest of my life. Simply a stunningly beautiful city.
We get at least two varietals of oysters here, one from around Huelva and the other up from the Galicia area. Both are fairly easy to open, and the ones from Huelva can be huge - equal to at least 3 decent size oysters from the US. If you buy from a seafood market to bring home, avg price is 1e an oyster, and you cannot purchase them opened.
Beans should not be a problem - you can import some from Spain and get the texture you need (alubias de cantabria) if you can't source in the UK. Vegetarian is a thing in Seville, so we make sure to include meatless options in what we cook. Usually plan on a 5 to 1 ratio (meat vs veg) when we are planning. As you already know, spices are readily available and its easy to make your own cajun/creole mixes from what is locally available.
I enjoy retirement, but if I ever wanted to get back in business, I would open a La themed restaurant here and I'm certain it would be profitable. Enjoy what you guys are doing!
FWIW, we host 4-5 parties a year in Seville, and serve gumbo/jambalaya and the people here absolutely love it. We also have partnered with the local animal shelter and are doing fundraisers where they auction off La themed dinners to raise money for the animal shelters. We source all of our stuff locally and are able to replicate cajun/creole recipes. Good luck on your venture, but I am certain it will be a huge success.
Back in the 70s, it was a tennis pro shop, that had unbelievable prices on high end tennis racquets. Then, it got busted for selling coke and it became obvious that it was laundering money for the coke business.
Ralph's has never quite figured out what it is. Is it restaurant (which it occasionally excels at), or is it a catering business with it own rental hall(beautiful building with incredible views, but the food sometimes equates to what you would get at a wedding reception). FWIW, the best meals I have had there is when they run the summer specials, and you can get decent wine by the glass, and nice appetizers.
In Seville, we have a relatively "new" restaurant, El Reconcillo. Has been in operation for over 4 centuries, and the food is very good and very reasonably priced.

Guitar (including classical and Portuguese), oud and mandolin.
Agreed. if you cut him though, it all falls into that football calendar year. if he's really hurt, he's not going anywhere. Put him on IR or if he's pulling BS, place him on a suspension. Can still spread the cap hit out, but you just don't have to deal with his presence at any team facility, other than possibly rehab. Thankfully, he's played his last game in a team uniform and its just how to best spread the financial pain.
Wouldn't give them an out of the accounting trick of spreading out an already paid signing bonus over multiple years, so some of the problems would still hit if he is cut. Still, they need to figure out an exit strategy from this guy starting this season.
Ironically, she is a NY Times best selling author - in the real crime genre.

You can use a skillet (its done in Seville often). Just use the largest size that your stove top will accommodate. Idea is you only want 1-2 layers of rice, which is what a paella pan will force you to do.

I have been in Seville for 4 years now. 2 places you need to hit: ConTenedor and Puratasca. Recommend reservations for both. Purstasca is inventive takes on tapas. ConTenedor is more of a full plate, high end restaurant, but in a casual setting.
Queen when they were an opener for Mott The Hoople. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band before Born ti Run when they played the 2000 seat Theatre of the Performing Arts in NO.

Really nice, but very small, music venue in Brooklyn that I have been to several times and highly recommend is Barbes:

The NHL does not generate huge $ from TV - it depends on attendance and corporate sponsors in most markets. That makes the survivability of a franchise in NO questionable at best. Plus, the NHL (and to a lesser extent the NBA) has not looked favorably on arenas hosting both sports. The "talk" about this has been going on for about 6 mos and apparently involves two La folks who would be minority investors, and are still looking for a majority owner.
So far, I really like what Moore is doing with the staff. I still think next season will be bad because of the cap and aging roster, but I think he is righting the ship

Actually think that some of his best recorded guitar work is on Every Picture Tells a Story.
