18,000 hz is for young people. 60 hz maybe.

They set of bombs that rattled my walls. I walked over and asked them to quit the explosions. The response was FU. Call to the police and they came to my front door. Said nothing they could do but then the neighbors set off another explosion. Many cop cars showed up and shut the party down.

Side note, when the owner evicted his last renters. the renters stole his AC compressor.
