Do I get to pick the casino?

Because Circus Circus in Vegas apparently has the highest returns in Vegas at 97%

Why would you need to cash out before using all 10k spins?

If I get down to $5000, I'm cashing out. Essentially you keeping 5gs and gambling 5gs

Would you rather $5000 cash or 10,000 spins on a $1 slot machine? by SG_Geaux
I am taking the $5000 because no way in hell am I going to sit there and spin that slot 10,000 times.

You can probably get in 1,000 spins an hour. If your time in Vegas is worth more than $1,000 an hour, rock on baller. For most it would be a no brainer.

If the payout is 80 cents on the dollar...you'd get 8k after 10k spins.

Id take the slots

Take the 5k and go to the Sports Book and leave when you get down to $2,500 or up $10,000.

If you take the 10,000 spins don’t use your players card.

I don't think you would have to sit there all that long if you maxed out the combinations. Are we talking 10,000 spins or $10,000 worth of spins? 10k spins on max combinations... I'll take that all day.

Is the slot ready to payout? If it just did then I’d take the cash.

I’d take the spins, but more than likely, it’s a 2 or 3 coin slot machine. I’d still take the spins, 3336-5000 spins over $5000.

Spending nearly 2 days of my life at slot machine sounds bad. Then add in..I would win some and throw that back into the mix...Id probably take the 5k go play golf, get a really good steak .. and repeat

Give me the sure thing 5K. Plus who has time to pull the slot machine 10K times ? Even if you can potentially get more it is not worth that kind of hassle.

10,000 spins would be more entertaining regardless of outcome. Especially knowing im not fronting the 10k.

Are we talking $10,000 worth of spins or 10,000 spins? Can I do 10,000 spins on the max betting line of the slot machine or am I limited to a single $1 play each spin?

I’m not in any way an experience slot machine enthusiast.

But 1,000 spins in an hour is nearly 17 per minute. Is a slot machine cycle really only 3-4 seconds long?

Player's odds on a $1 slot machine are around 95%. So you stand to win much more than $5K with 10K spins on a $1 slot. In fact, the odds that you don't win more than $5K are very, very low.

This. Don’t forget about the points/credits from whatever rewards program.
