Revisiting (watching old games) Miles & Orgeron the last 10 years, I feel Les had more good luck in total. However, what are the odds that Ed could ever win a national championship ever again?

1in 50?
1in 100?

He couldn’t pull a high caliber enough staff together again. He’s lost too much credibility

Our concern from the very beginning of the O era was the sustainability of relying on having elite coordinators on both sides of the ball knowing that he wasn’t capable of having an established philosophy on either side.

Appreciate what Coach O was responsible for during the 2019 / 2020 season. But he won't win another Natty, IMO.

He won one. That’s what matters. You O baskers sometimes forget.

As a HC? I would say about no chance.

When I look back at the talent on our 2019 NC team, I am relatively sure no HC will ever assemble talent that could mesh together like that team did. And coaches like Dave Aranda, Steve Ensminger, and Joe Brady don't come along often. MOST IMPORTANTLY, will LSU ever have a player/leader like Joe Burrow again? I think not.

Note: LSU can win a NC again and most likely will at least once under Brian Kelly. But I doubt that team will be what the 2019 team was.

Honestly, what are the odds that Orgeron ever WANTS to do anything other than perhaps a short stint as a defensive line coach, primarily to help his kids get jobs as analysts?

He's living his dream life.
