I would argue that Obama's influence on pop culture and his weaponizing of the justice dept. and agencies will be worse for the country in the long term than Biden's idiocy.
At best I am putting them both up for dead last.

This is my opinion of the job they did in office under the circumstances of their time. Not my opinion of them as people, which would create a much different list.
1. Clinton
2. Raegan
3. Obama
4. Bush Sr.
5. Trump
6. Bush Jr.
Biden not fair to rank yet in my opinion, we're not even halfway through the first term (2nd is obviously very tbd). But suffice to say, its not going well.

Initially the question was ranking from first to worst based on "greatness".
That does not mean that everyone in the list is or was great.
Those who were not "great", would be at the bottom of the list.
I changed the question to accommodate cowards and liars who prefer playing at semantics rather than make declarative statements.
You still lack the guts to go on record listing best to worst from the pool provided.
