Title: I expect another close race at the top. City edges it.
Top 4: Arsenal will finally break through and get back into the top 4.
Europa/conference: Spurs will have a nice season but just miss out. I expect them to surprise in this season’s CL. Brenda will get tFoxes back to Thursday nights.
Relegation:
Hope im wrong about tSaints but relying on so much young talent is risky. Everton looks like another candidate again but I feel like DCL will have a bounce back year and do enough to help them stay up. Forest has had a great summer, question is can they put it all together and stay up. Just hope Leeds doesn’t kill me again this year. Losing Raphinha hurts but i think the squad as a whole is in better shape going into this season.

After looking at all of the transfers, I had to put Spurs higher as I think Conte is a top top manager:

Starting from the bottom, United definitely upgraded managers but there will be an adjustment period. I still think they need a year or two to rotate more players to the squad.
Leicester feels on the verge. IDK.
Chelsea needed a scorer and (so far) added Sterling. Love Raz, but he isn't that guy. The numbers don't tell the whole story with him.
Tottenham have solidified a bit and Conte is PL proven. He SHOULD be able to make progress, especially if Son and Kane stay healthy and carry their form from last season.
I'm bullish on Arsenal because I think Arteta is going to be great and I think they've had a great window. Jesus is frustrating sometimes but he busts arse and I think when he's finally "the guy" he'll do well.
City have had a good bit of turnover. Even if he didn't play much Dinho is going to be missed as a leader in the squad. Sterling, while I wasn't exactly sad to see him go, played a shite ton on the left so we'll see how Foden/Grealish do as penciled in starters. If the rumors about Gundogan are true I expect his role to be seriously diminished as well. With Zinny gone we also need another LB. If we can't close on Cucurella it'll be an issue all season. Even if he does come it's going to take time to adjust. Haaland is going to wreck shite if the rest works out though.
I think Liverpool win it because 1) they're a fricking great squad with the 2nd best manager in the league and 2) City are going to struggle to adjust and adapt the first 6-8 weeks of the season.

Won’t be surprised if Tuchel (hot take I know) and/or Lampard are sacked before the end of the year and they sneak into Europe/out of relegation respectively
I think 1-4 will be tighter than it has been more recently. Really won’t be terribly surprised if 5 and 6 aren’t far off either, but I think ETH will still need some time with this United squad and I think Chelsea are gonna struggle to score goals again and their back line are going to have some growing pains leading to the new owner getting impatient
