Innocent and hot.

And…this is a bit of a reach for a ticket anyhow. Don’t be assholes to law abiding tax paying citizens.

bullshite, she's trying to make a statement, and this has been done many times, if the cop can't see another passenger in the vehicle and opts to stop her, it creates a potential safety hazard for all other traffic, frick her(I know, somebody already did,) just for that alone, keep your crusades on fb, bitch

She's either virtue signaling or a complete dumbass, or both, not knowing the purpose of an HOV lane is to promote carpooling.

That's clearly what it is. According to the OT, people on the right never do something stupid like that though.

pregnant Texas woman used the reversal of Roe v Wade to argue she should be allowed to drive in a car-pool lane, since the baby she was carrying “is a life.” By law, in order to use the high-occupancy vehicle lanes, drivers must have at least one passenger.

Sales tax code can define something as tangible personal property while the property tax code can define it as real property.
But we are taking about the laws governing transportation being inconsistent, not crossing different sectors

Texas would more than happily count that unborn baby as a person if she was driving drunk or driving reckless

So, the unborn baby needs to remain a passenger for all purposes of transportation

frick that. Do you have any idea what dinner at Outback and the Motley Crue concert cost me that night?

I've already paid my share.

No problem with this. We need to subsidize more working women who reproduce.

They aren't

Because the penal code defines the word "person" seperate from the transportation code, which can be done.

Transportation and crimes aren't the same thing

Then she would have to take the non-HOV lane back home, I guess.
