I'll say Gwyneth Paltrow. Just don't think she's very good.

Here’s an oldie:

Dean Martin

He’s in at least two classic John Wayne movies: The Sons of Katie Elder, and Rio Bravo.

He’s the weak link by a mile. Ever movie he was in would have been better with someone else in that role.

Yes the dude could sing, but mostly his singing was a distraction from the movie. I think his connections got him roles he didn’t deserve.

Even though I like Brad Pitt and I think alot of his movies are good. He's a pretty bad actor.

I would normally agree, but I just recently saw "Magnolia" after all these years, and he gives one hell of a performance.

Didn't realize that was him. They nerded him up. He was good in it.

Jeffery Donovan picked two TV roles that were fantastic for him (Burn Notice and Touching Evil) but has been horrendous in literally everything else he's been in.

Burn Notice

As a spy, the most important thing is not blowing your cover... If you have to portray a bumbling actor from time to time (and pick secondary roles), you do it. The consequences are real, but you just hope your ex doesnt get in the way first.....

Klein seems far and away #1. Watch a Mashup of him on the sweet magnolias show and it will be clear.

I was going to say the same but I didn't want to derail the thread

He seems like he'd be a pretty cool guy to hang with but he has no life in him as an actor, he delivers his lines like he's reading them off a post it note

That is my opinion of Keanu Reeves. I do not think he is a great actor but seems to find the perfect role in several movies.

Or Robert Pattinson. He was horrendous in Twilight. But Twilight in general was horrendous. But you put him in. . .The Batman, and you're like, holy crap, this dude is a fantastic actor.

Wut???? You and I must have watched completely different movies called the Batman.

Agreed. Thought he was pretty bad. It's like he was shooting for Clint's Man With No Name minimalism and landed on his old costar, Kristen Stewart's stone-faced non-expression.

He was really good in Season 2 of Fargo.

The clips of his bad acting are mainly Burn Notice and it does seem he is either miscast, phoning it in and/or poorly written/directed in that.

Ehhh…he was SUPPOSED to be over the top in Burn Notice. There was a subtle humor behind it.

Hell no. He has one hell of a catalog and is one of the best in the business IMO.

Ok this thread is getting out of hand. Hell no to both of those

I could see maybe arguing that Eastwood is a one trick pony (I'd disagree) because of the heavy amount of westerns he's done, but he is really good at that one trick. A Fistful of Dollar, Good/Bad/Ugly, Unforgiven, The Outlaw Josey Wales, For a Few Dollars More. Those are all great westerns and he certainly doesn't hold them back.

He has plenty of good non westerns too. Escape From Alcatraz, In the Line of Fire, Dirty Harry, Million Dollar Baby, Gran Torino.

I actually like Eastwood more than I thought I did now
