Should be in the unpopular opinion thread, but the Gaines music wasn't that bad. Especially for the era.

I hate even admitting that, but I agree. I had (and actually liked) the CD. I think it was free from one of those BMG deals.

I had to google Chris Gaines, but I see the album was made for a movie that eventually never got filmed. Based off of that bit of information, I would assume the music isn't horrible.

0% chance. I saw "Garf" (as my then 3 yr old daughter called him) maybe 4 yrs ago in New Orleans. He stuck with his hits then, and there's no reason to think he won't do so again.
