What odd paranoid thing do you do?

I have dry eyes so I have to use eye drops regularly. Whenever I open a new eye drop dispenser I test a few drops on my wrist first to make sure no nut case put something like liquid Drano in it.
This goes back to the Chicago Tylenol/Cyanide Murders that spurred my madness.

I’m always convinced that I left the stove on. If I’ve cooled that day, I’ll sometimes go back inside and check the stove 3 times before I pull out to leave. I don’t but candles for my house because I’ll worry too much that I left one lit.

Check behind the shower curtain (if I’m in a bathroom that has one) to make sure no murderers are hiding in the tub.

I check the all the external doors in the house to make sure they are locked before I go to bed.
And that the garage doors are closed. And the gas for the fireplaces are off.

Regular use of eye drops actually cause your eyes to become more dry. As you begin to reduce your natural production of tears.

Rinse a cup out multiple times after washing to bed sure no soap is left inside.
