I mean, why not? It’s open season on anarchy and criminal behavior. It’s certainly not as if they will get arrested or even pursued in NOLA or BR for that matter.
It is EXACTLY WHY it goes on all over the place, and why people fly down the interstates with no pause or concern. Our government AND our Police are M.I.A

True story: idiot lost control of the lamb and wrecked it into another car shortly after this shot. You can see it in the video later on too but they cut away before it happens.

Last summer, the Charger/Challenger crowd shut down I-240 at the Baptist East Hospital exit for about 5 minutes spinning donuts. The local tv news were showing cell phone videos. No fear of repercussions either. Dumbasses.
eta: this was around 10:30 pm. It’s busy at that location all hours of the day.
