In today's it happened in Nola News: Reckless driver does donuts on I-10, halts traffic

The stunt was caught on video near the Louisa Street split in New Orleans. A witness told WWL-TV a green vehicle with black stripes started doing donuts on the shoulder of the interstate and then took over the entire highway when traffic came to a halt.
The vehicle spun in circles for about a minute before finally driving off.
Police have not said whether they're looking for the driver or if that person is facing charges.

Stupidity exists and it will eventually bubble its way out like an Alien if contained. Would you prefer that it shoot other drivers instead?

This has been going on in Jackson occasionally, bringing I-55 to a halt while it’s happening, and up there it’s a group activity.
I’ve never seen lawlessness like this. 30 years ago it would have been unthinkable.
In 2014 when I came back to NOLA and saw groups on quads on the interstate, I thought that was as bad as it would get. Now the interstates are like the wild west, with shoot em ups and trick riding.

For NOLA, this is one of the better drivers I've seen on I10.

Can't go anywhere in the Memphis area without seeing donut marks on the street. Literally nowhere. Other posters from Shelby County will confirm.
