What is your least favorite vegetable?

Mine has to be the radish. It’s the only vegetable I can’t really eat. They’re a horrible, wretched thing.

Don’t know if this counts but cilantro. If cilantro is in anything that is served I cannot eat it. It completely over powers everything with its awful, disgusting flavor.

Raw celery used to be one of the only foods I hated, but I always force myself of acquire a taste for things I hate so I like it now.
I actually can't think of any vegetables I can't eat. I've only had radishes a couple of times, so I can't say it sticks out either way for me.

radish are awesome with the right application.
to answer your question..... i guess maybe cucumber. outside of sushi and some cocktails i dont really dig it. dont really hate it.

I don't love zucchini. I'll eat it, but I don't love it in any preparation.
I love radishes, raw or otherwise. Roasted radishes are delicious! Totally different sweet taste. This reminds me that I haven't roasted any in a while.
