You’ve been kidnapped by the cartel. Life or death you have to accomplish one sports task

For your freedom. Which do you choose. The elements do not come into play only your nerves knowing your life is on the line.
1. Sink a straight flat 4 foot putt
2. Make a free throw.
3. Make a 20 yard field goal off a tee.
4. Make contact with a belt high over the middle 80 mph fastball from a machine (no bunt).
5. Get in a first serve in tennis (overhand).
6. Get two chances to make one in the Dr. Pepper football can challenge thing.
7. Get a spare in bowling.
8. Penalty kick against a cartel member that doesn’t play soccer.
You do not get to practice. You pick and you immediately have to do it. The cartel has a very impressive sports complex on the grounds.
I’m going either putt or free throw.
