Baylor and their team of Canadian nationals don’t play…. made BA defense look like a JV squad.

Yeah not exactly a murderers row of QBs… chambliss and Leavit are legit…. Lagway has the talent. Russell could be a future star, we’ll see.

From espn:

Ngoy is an auto-eligible prospect committed to play at Auburn. He can still play college basketball next season, with the Clippers retaining his draft rights whenever he enters the pro ranks. If that is the case, this would effectively be the first NCAA draft-and-stash selection in league history, an interesting case study with the college landscape continuing to shift. -- Woo

According to the SEC website yesterday afternoon, the Auburn game last night was scheduled for a 8 pm cst start.
First pitch was originally scheduled for 5pm CT… it got bumped early afternoon to 8.

I don’t think it takes a rocket scientist to figure it out… regional tournaments can create situations that put coaches in very difficult spots… weighing what might be best for the team vs what’s best for a player. It is what it is.

need to zip it and either win the thing in three games or have the guts to put another guy you recruited out on the mound.
That’s exactly what butch did. He didn’t do what he was saying is an issue (guys throwing full 100 pitch starts than pitching again that weekend)

Ole Miss won their three regional games by a total of 5 runs… two wins by one run in extra innings to Az St. pretty crazy.

Pitching obviously… but with these young guys mindset is huge… Milwaukee came in to the weekend with nothing to lose… last night was real pressure on them.
That could be too much cliche idk… Will be interesting who swings the bats better tonight.

No one is calling it a fluke lol.
Just too deep a hole dug in the first 1 1/2 innings.
Look it’s baseball… shite can happen and you give up some runs. But the fact we played this team basically even for the last 7 innings just means this wasn’t some fluky bad luck pitching. They had plenty of time to wake up and didn’t.

Then they went up 10-0… point is this wasn’t some 2 inning fluke. They outplayed us the entire 9 innings. Scored runs in 6 frames… had 18 hits and prob 30 total bases.
It was an arse kicking not a fluke
