Most LSU coaches live in UC, including House(Kelly does not).

His son is the starting QB at Dunham and was the WAFB/WBRZ(forget which one) player of the week a couple of weeks ago.

You don't recruit in the NFL.

Is it a wash?

I don't think House or Denbrock is expected to do a ton of recruiting. They're the coaches on staff and the rest of the staff is recruiting-first.

If I'm Matt House, it's going to be hard to leave Perkins behind. I think he stays for a couple more.

Dunham is the 2 seed in their division of the playoffs.

Probably depends on money and whether he wants to win a NC.

He can stay at LSU and have success and end up a Big 12 or Mid Tier Big 10 coach.

I doubt he wants to coach a small school.

Not only this, but he'll make way more money hanging out here

He hated recruiting. If he doesn't have to croot, he'll stay until a much better job opens.

Assistants are like QB's, they're born to transfer/change jobs.

He has a chance to coach Harold Perkins...he will stay unless its a cant miss job (unlikely).

having a guy like HR only comes around once a career usually.

Something tells me he may have a "honey badger" on his staff in the not to distant future as well...

Matt House has done a pretty damn good job this year

Pretty good?

The guy has been incredible.

I pray we have him one more year.

Teams are for sure gonna be calling in January.

I think he would be here two seasons at least before he got an offer he would take.

His Alma mater is Michigan State. For better or for worse they are stuck with Tucker.

House of course was at Kentucky. If Stoops parts ways, could that be an option?

LSU probably hangs on to him next year with a nice pay raise. at this rate hard to imagine he's not a hc somewhere by 2024 though.

LSU dc is a great path to getting a P5 job.

Think most of the staff stay for the next 2-3 years. House finishes out with Perkins before getting a HC gig (if he even wants that)
